Chennai Flood Relief Work 2023- Cyclone Michaung
With the historic unprecedented rain due to Cyclone Michaung in and around Chennai - the administrative capital of Tamilnadu, South India from 4th December 2023, the normal life across all sections of the people battered severely. Infact Chennai has never seen so much rainfall in the last 50 years !
With more number of people who largely works on the daily wage works in Vysarpadi area, their life has completely become to a standstill.
With the immediate support for the essentials and the support in the mid and long term for the reconstruction of their livelihoods and their living areas are the primary concern for us.
Please do help in our activities for the rescue and relief of the victims of cyclone Cyclone Michaung in Chennai.

With the timely support from Terre des Hommes, Netherlands we have provided food materials to the worst hit people in Vysarpadi area during the unprecedented and torrential rain in 2015.
With more number of people who largely works on the daily wage works in Vysarpadi area, their life has completely become to a standstill.
